EQUIPMENT RENTAL AGREEMENT

THIS EQUIPMENT RENTAL AGREEMENT (this "Agreement") dated:
BETWEEN
AND TEXSUN POOL S & SPAS, INC. hereafter called the "Lessor"
In Consideration of the mutual covenants and promises in this Agreement, the Lessee and Lessor agree to the terms as follows:
Under the General Conditions of Lease, Lessor hereby leases to Lessee all the equipment named and identified in the following "Details of Leased Equipment," for use at such location and at such rental rate for approximatelly such time as in therein stated. Lessor shall furnish such equipment in operative condition.
