You did exceed expectations. You sent Chris to our home to clean the pool filter. However, our new variable speed pump needed programming because the company from which we bought the pump did not do that . Chris programmed the pump and explained the process to me so that I could understand and use the pump. Great professional work!
My expectations were met. Appreciated Gilmore’s honesty and straight forward nature. We have a conversation on the service and replacements that are on the horizon, which allows me to plan and think ahead. I appreciate that.
I knew the wiring in my timer box was a mess when I had an electrician come out and gave up after 2 hours. Chris and his assistant were able to systematically work thru the wiring and was able to install my new digital Intermec timer which he hadn’t seen before and the enclosed instructions sucked. Great job by him not getting frustrated by the situation and getting the job done!
